  • The Noula Health test requires a finger prick sample. Our kits require just a few drops of blood from the fingertip. This is a clinically-validated method that is just as accurate (and typically less painful) than conventional blood collection. Afraid of needles? You’ll never see one! The needle on our lancet stays hidden until collection is complete.

  • This test is only for adults aged 18 and older living in the United States.

    Unfortunately, one of the biomarkers we test for (Iron Ferritin) is not available in the state of New York due to state regulations. Live in NY? Don’t worry, you can still use Noula! You’ll be able to test the 8 other essential biomarkers in our Noula Health kit.

  • Absolutely! Our tests are analyzed by CLIA-certified labs in the United States, the gold standard in lab testing quality regulation. Your doctor can use this information to interpret your test results clearly. Results can easily be downloaded and shared with your medical team through the app.

  • At Noula, we believe that everyone deserves access to inclusive, empathetic support in their motherhood journeys. That's why we're committed to pledging 1% of our product from day one. Each Noula membership allows us to gift Noula memberships to low-income birthing parents and support our mission to deliver better births for all.

  • You need to fast (that’s right - nothing but water ) for at least 8 hours before taking your Noula Health test. Sound extreme? It’s not! Take your test in the morning when you wake up – this is when hormone levels are optimal!

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to accept insurance for Noula Health. The good news is it is eligible for reimbursement by most HSA and FSA plans! We can’t guarantee coverage so we recommend that you check with your plan first. Once you receive your kit at home and activate it, just request your HSA/FSA receipt.
